2019-04-30 · This month, I cooked from The Palestinian Table by Reem Kassis. Ok, so I was only able to make one elaborate meal, but it still counts right? Admittedly, this wasn’t my best month. I find myself to be more of a project-cook and have trouble finding the motivation to cook a meal for only myself.
